  • Phone: Ensure you have good reception to avoid call drops.
  • In-Person: Ensure you know the location of the meeting and arrive prepared with any necessary materials.

Punctuality

  • Zoom/Online/Phone: Join the session on time. This respects both your coach’s and your time. If you anticipate being late or need to reschedule, notify your coach as soon as possible.
  • In-Person: Arrive at the scheduled meeting location on time and inform the coach if there are any delays.

Professional Environment

  • Zoom/Online: Set up in a quiet, well-lit space free from distractions to make the most of your session. Dress appropriately as if attending an in-person meeting to maintain a professional atmosphere.
  • Phone: Find a quiet place to talk without interruptions.
  • In-Person: Respect the coaching space by maintaining a professional demeanour and dressing appropriately.

Engagement and Participation

  • Zoom/Online: Keep your camera on during sessions to enhance communication and build a better connection with your coach. Actively participate in discussions, exercises, and activities during the session.
  • Phone: Engage actively in the conversation and avoid distractions.
  • In-Person: Be fully present and engaged during the session. Participate in activities and discussions as required.

Communication Etiquette

  • Zoom/Online: Mute your microphone when not speaking to minimize background noise. Use the “raise hand” feature if you need to interject or ask a question during group sessions.
  • Phone: Speak clearly and listen actively. Avoid interrupting the coach.
  • In-Person: Maintain respectful communication. Allow the coach to guide the session and wait for your turn to speak.

Confidentiality

  • Zoom/Online/Phone: Respect the Confidentiality of discussions within the session. Do not record or share session content without permission.
  • In-Person: Maintain confidentiality about what is discussed during the session and do not share personal details outside of the coaching environment.

Multi-tasking

  • Zoom/Online/Phone: Avoid multi-tasking during the session. Focus on the conversation and activities to get the most benefit from your coaching.
  • In-Person: Give your full attention to the session. Avoid distractions and stay engaged.

Follow-up

  • Zoom/Online/Phone: Take notes during your session and review them afterwards to reinforce what you’ve learned. Complete any agreed-upon tasks or exercises between sessions to maximize progress.
  • In-Person: Reflect on the session and follow through on any action items discussed. Bring any completed tasks or reflections to your next session.

Rescheduling of Meeting

  • In case the coach for Don’t Look Back Coaching is running late or need to reschedule a session, she will notify the client in advance or as soon as possible in case of an emergency.

Conduct and Authority of Don't Look Back Coaching

The CEO, Admin, or the owner (“owner”) of Don’t Look Back Coaching is authorized to do the following.

  • Refuse or Takedown Content: The owner is authorized to refuse or remove any content, including but not limited to posts, advertisements, or user-generated content that violates any of our policies or is deemed harmful, inappropriate, or objectionable.
